4 Week Workout Plan
A customized 20 workout, 4 week plan. With a variety of at home dumbbell workouts matched to you and your goals. Comes with an initial goal meeting, 2-week goal meeting, and a 4-week final goal meeting.
Progress Goal Meeting
1-on-1 meeting discussing goals, nutrition, obstacles, progress tracking, and injury prevention and protection. Designed to improve performance, create accountability, and have a positive progression is your fitness journey.
