About Fitness on Zoom
As a mom of a little boy, I have found it hard to keep myself accountable, active, and to find childcare to get to a gym. Dahlia Fitness workouts embraces the lifestyle of motherhood, community, accountability, and fitness. We meet weekly on Zoom for around an hour. At the beginning of every workout we spend time to chat, catch up, and do a small devotion before the workout. The workout can be done with your little one, weights, or no equipment. The workout is 25 minutes: 3 rounds of 8 exercises 40 seconds each with 20 seconds of rest in-between the exercises. Each of the exercises have a range of modifications to meet you at your fitness level. My goal as your personal trainer is to create the workout to fit you. I strive to encourage everyone to find the variation of the exercise that works for them and to not give up. This fitness group originated as a Mommy & Me group, but as my little one became mobile our workouts have grown from just being just for moms. This workout is designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey and to move together in the comfort of your own home! Excited to see you at a workout!
